In-Factory Service: For benchtop products,
Artos offers factory repair services. Equipment can be returned
to one of Artos Authorized Service centers for repair. In-factory
repair services minimize repair costs and time.
Field Service: For larger machine, Artos offers
field repair services. Our technicians will travel to your location
to diagnose and repair your larger Artos equipment.
Preventative Maintenance Contract: The best
process to avoid machine down time due to failures, is to engage
in active preventative maintenance (PM). With Artos PM contracts,
Artos certified technicians will perform periodic preventative
maintenance on your equipment, reducing unexpected down time
and assuring top performance of your equipment.
 Operating and Repair Training: To improve
your operation and maintenance capabilities, Artos offers both
factory and field operator and repair training classes. These
classes provide detailed instruction on machine operation, set-up,
and maintenance.
