ARTOS INTRODUCES CD-17 DUAL BOWL COILING SYSTEM
Dual coiling bowl feature allows continuous operation; multiple sizes offer versatility

WAUKESHA, Wis. (Dec. 6, 2007) - Artos Engineering Company, a Waukesha-based manufacturer of wire processing equipment, announces the CD-17 Dual Bowl Coiling System. The CD-17 is designed to serve as a collecting device for the Artos CS-327 wire processor. Its unique two-bowl design allows the CS-327 to continue operation without stoppage for coil removal. Three bowl units are also available. Featuring quick-change operation, these coiling systems offer customers versatile solutions that allow a high output.

“The adaptability of the CD-17, as well as its efficient interface with other machines and continual output provides a great benefit for customers,” says John Olsen, Artos Engineering Company president. “This machine will provide our customers with production options to increase productivity.”

The CD-17 collects wires up to one inch diameter (dependent on wire flexibility) that users can change out while still collecting others. It features three bowl sizes: 18” wide x 4” tall, 24” wide x 6” tall, 30” wide x 6” tall bowls.
